From ideation to activation, CMN executed the H&R Block “Troca de los Taxes” Hispanic grassroots strategy.  Working on a tight timeline, CMN’s project managers were able to convert a mobile home to a sleek and functional H&R Block mobile office that provided exceptional branding, exposure, and results for the brand.

CMN coordinated and staffed twenty H&R Block events which took place at existing Hispanic destination points such as supermarkets, swap meets, and city plazas throughout the Los Angeles area.    At these events, potential H&R Block clients were entertained by music, games, and a chance to “spin-the-wheel” for branded H&R Block piggy banks, t-shirts, pens, and hats.  Most importantly, H&R Block Tax Specialists were also on site at every event to answer questions, provide information, offer on-site tax services, and make appointments at nearby offices.

Thanks to the dedication of the CMN and H&R Block teams, the program was a complete success.  H&R Block spoke “one-on-one” to over 12,000 potential clients  through this pre-tax season marketing strategy, and supporting offices saw an average new client increase of 34% within 7 days following the events in their area.
